PASSO 01

Toque no botão abaixo do passo a passo e preencha o formulário com suas informações.

PASSO 02

Anexe, no formulário, uma foto ou scan da sua carteirinha do CRM.

PASSO 03

Ao final do formulário, toque no botão “Cadastrar” para enviar suas informações.

PASSO 04

Sua associação estará em fase de “Em admissão”, aguardando a verificação das suas informações com a Secretaria da ASBRAH.

PASSO 05

Em até 24h, seus dados serão confirmados e o link de pagamento da anuidade será encaminhado para o seu e-mail.

PASSO 06

Com a realização e confirmação do pagamento, você terá acesso à Área Restrita e receberá sua carteirinha virtual de membro associado.

Quais os valores e formas de pagamento?

A anuidade tem o valor de R$ 500,00, com renovação automática na data de admissão.

Por exemplo, se você tornar-se associado no dia 09/06/2024, você receberá seu link para pagamento todo dia 09/06 de cada ano.

É possível realizar o pagamento à vista via boleto bancário ou PIX.

No cartão de crédito, é possível parcelar sua anuidade em 3x de acréscimo sem juros.
